How Does Life Coaching Support You?
Life coaching provides a confidential, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we’ll identify your core needs, values, strengths, and resources, uncovering the insights that will guide your path forward.
Through this collaborative process, we’ll explore possibilities, address obstacles, and create tailored solutions to help you achieve your desired outcomes. Life coaching is an empowering experience that encourages you to tap into your potential and move toward your goals with confidence.
To truly understand the value of coaching, the best way is to experience it firsthand. I invite you to schedule a Discovery Call to learn more.
Will You Tell Me What to Do During Coaching?
As your coach, I won’t tell you what you should do. Why? Because you are the expert on your life and what matters most to you. My role is to guide you by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing insights that may help you discover what feels right for you. Ultimately, you are always in the driver’s seat, and I will help empower you to make decisions that resonate with your true self.
The goal of coaching is to enhance your self-awareness, so you can recognize and address limiting beliefs or habits that might be holding you back. By working through these insights, you’ll gain the clarity and confidence needed to move forward.
While I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, it's important to note that success depends on various factors, including your personal effort, circumstances, and the actions you take. My job is to support you in unlocking your potential, but your success is in your hands.

I am looking to be coached in French. Can you help me?
I feel that an effective Life Coach requires a certain level of comprehension and skill and unfortunately, at this time, I don’t feel that my level of French is adequate enough.
I do recommend that you reach out to Charles Dalpé, who is an excellent Life Coach who provides services in French. Here is his website: https://www.charlesbonheur.ca/
What happens after I request a Discovery Call with you?
After you request a Discovery Call, I’ll send you more information about coaching, along with a few questions that will help guide our conversation. The Discovery Call lasts 30 minutes and gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about coaching.
If time permits, we’ll dive into a mini-coaching session on a topic of your choice, so you can experience what coaching feels like. By the end of the call, we’ll determine if we’re a good fit to work together.
If we both agree, we’ll explore coaching options, such as the number of sessions (e.g., 4, 6, 12), frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and session length (30, 45, or 60 minutes).
Multiple sessions are important for lasting personal growth, as well as achieving your goals and overcoming challenges. Consistent support allows time for reflection, adjustments, and progress.
What Are Your Rates and Payment Methods?
Rates and payment options will be discussed after the Discovery Call, once we both agree to continue the coaching relationship. I strive to keep my rates reasonable, and I offer discounts and package deals to accommodate different needs.
For clients in Canada, I prefer e-transfers (Interac). I accept credit card payments for all clients, regardless of location.
What Coaching Experience Do You Have?
I’ve completed The Art & Science of Coaching – Levels 1 & 2 with Erickson Coaching International (96 hours of theory and practical learning). In addition, I’ve accumulated over 70 hours of practical coaching experience through peer-coaching with other Erickson alumni.
I’m currently being mentored by senior Erickson coaches and am working toward the following certifications by Autumn 2025:
Advanced Certification (Level 2) in The Art & Science of Coaching
Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC)
Eventually, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification
Why Choose Life Coaching Over Other Professionals?
Life coaching is about empowering you to make decisions and take actions that are right for your future. While other professionals, like therapists or consultants, may focus on the past or provide specific advice, coaching focuses on your present and future, helping you find solutions that are meaningful to you.
However, it’s important to note that coaching is not a substitute for mental health services. If you’re struggling with mental health issues such as depression or severe anxiety, I recommend seeking help from a qualified mental health professional, such as a therapist or psychologist. These services should be available in your area, either in-person or online.
Everyone’s path to good mental health is unique, and it’s okay to explore different avenues for support. It takes strength to seek help to move forward and improve your well-being.
